1. Return Application Time


You can apply for a return or refund within 30 days from the date of receipt.

Orders placed after 30 days will not be eligible for return applications.


2. Returnable Items


Returns or refunds are supported in the following situations:

• Product has quality issues (damage, stains, loose threads, etc.)

• Received the wrong product (size, color, or style does not match)

• Product is significantly different from the description

• Size does not fit (unworn, unwashed)


3. Non-Returnable Items


Returns are not supported in the following situations:

• Worn, washed, or damaged by the customer

• Returns received after the 30-day return period

• Used or opened clothing that affects resale


4. Return Conditions


To ensure a smooth return, please meet the following conditions:

• The product must be in brand new, unused condition

• Original packaging, tags, and accessories must be retained

• A valid order number or proof of purchase must be provided


5. Refund Policy


After the returned product passes quality inspection, a refund will be processed within 3–7 business days.

The refund will be returned to the original payment method.

The arrival time may vary slightly depending on the payment method.


6. Return Shipping Costs


Product quality issues / Wrong item sent: We will cover the return shipping cost.

Personal reasons (e.g., incorrect size): Customer will cover the return shipping cost.


7. Return Process


• Contact customer service to submit a return request (provide order number + reason)

• Retrieve Confirmation Information

• Return address: 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, United Kingdom, WC2H 9JQ

• Ship the item back and provide the tracking number

• Refund will be arranged after warehouse inspection and approval


8. Notes


Packages returned without customer service confirmation may not be processed.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Refunds will only cover the item price and do not include the original shipping cost (if applicable).
